* XL Capital Corp., a Bermuda-based insurer, said it will buy NAC Re Corp. of Greenwich, Conn., for about $1.15 billion in stock, expanding its reinsurance sales and giving it a larger U.S. presence. The deal would create a company with assets of $13.3 billion and $2.3 billion in revenue.

* The National Labor Relations Board said it intends to dismiss charges filed against Anheuser-Busch Inc. by the Teamsters union, which had challenged the company’s implementation in September of its final contract offer covering about 8,000 Anheuser-Busch U.S. brewery employees.
