SAN DIEGO--The Culligan Holiday Bowl Parade begins on Harbor Drive at 10 a.m. Dec. 29 . A festival follows at 11:30 at Broadway Pier, with games, ship tours and the University Battle of the Bands (Washington versus Kansas State, playing in the Holiday Bowl later in the day). Downtown.
