BISHOP--Horses, pig races, carnival rides and agricultural exhibits are featured at the Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fair, Thursday through Sept. 6. CAPITOLA--The Begonia Festival, next Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 4 and 5, and Sept. 12, will begin with a sand sculpture contest 8:30 a.m.-noon Saturday on the main beach.
