WESTMINSTER
The Orange Colored Sky, a rock ‘n’ roll band, will perform at the Sunken Gardens behind the Civic Center on Westminster Boulevard from 6 to 7:30 p.m. tonight. The performance is part of the city’s summer concert series. The Historical Society and other nonprofit groups will sell refreshments at the free event. Information: (714) 895-2860.
