Costume Party Planned at Church
* The Interfaith Church for Today in Thousand Oaks will hold an all-church Halloween costume party at 6 p.m. today. Scott and Maggie Jacobs will host. Call 379-9336 for location.
The church also offers numerous classes “to help you discover your PHD, or Power Hidden Deep,” said member Leila Newell.
A 4T Prosperity class is held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sundays, hosted by the Rev. Giff Smith and Andrew Graham.
A “Course in Miracles” study group meets from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursdays with Kathy Youngman.
On Mondays, a discussion is held at the Thousand Oaks Borders Books from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on the book, “Conversations With God,” hosted by Smith and Jim Newell.
Women’s and men’s groups, hosted by Marigrace Lonergan and Ron Neff, are held monthly.
On Sunday, children from the Interfaith Church for Today will begin a drive to supply five Conejo Valley families with complete Thanksgiving dinners. The children have created the menus.
On. Nov. 8, the church will begin its annual “Project Love” to collect toys, clothes and school supplies for distribution to more than 100 Native Americans during the Christmas holidays.

The church’s Sunday morning worship service and Sunday school are held at 10 a.m. in the garden room of Thousand Oaks Inn, 75 W. Thousand Oaks Blvd. People of all faiths are welcome.
