ANAHEIM
The City Council today will consider an ordinance creating “drug-free” zones within libraries and public parks, including swimming pools and youth centers. According to the proposed ordinance, drug-free zones not only result in enhanced punishment but symbolize the city’s commitment to eliminating the use and sale of illegal drugs within Anaheim.
