Purchase of Wonderware Clears Hurdle

IRVINE —  The previously announced purchase of accounting software maker Wonderware Corp. by Great Britain’s Siebe Plc at $24 per share has cleared the federal antitrust waiting period, the companies said. Siebe’s tender offer for Wonderware common stock expires April 3.
