Danny Gonzales’ Work Is Recognized

Danny Gonzales, Rancho Santiago Community College District’s publications specialist, has been named Classified Employee of the Year.

He was selected for the honor by his peers for his service to the district and its students.

Gonzales, of Orange, has worked for the district for the last 26 years. He was recognized for his dedication, loyalty and for being an employee who always can be counted on, district officials said.

“The students are the only reason we are here,” he said. “I want to be a part of their lives to help further not only their education and goals, but to enhance student awareness both on and off campus.”
