Procom Buys Invincible

Irvine-based Procom Technology Inc. said it acquired Invincible Technologies Corp., a provider of network storage products and project design and support services. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Procom said Invincible, based in Medway, Mass., has offices in Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco and Toronto. The company’s 40 employees will remain with Procom following the merger. Procom makes and markets storage solutions.
