Play to Celebrate Life of Harriet Tubman

Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library will sponsor a free play called “Letters to Harriet Tubman” at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

In the play by Paul Morse Productions, two characters will use story and song to tell the adventures of the woman who fought slavery through the underground railroad. The play will be peppered with Civil War and African American spiritual songs.

All ages are welcome.
