At the request of homeowners, the City Council on Tuesday will consider establishing a permit parking zone on Stockport Street west of Wilkes Place. The 10 affected homeowners requested the action because of overflow parking from two apartment complexes at Paseo de Valencia and Stockport Street. The zoning would require eight new signs costing the city $1,600. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150. Information: (949) 707-2600.
