Tax Stocks, Bonds
With all of the screaming and ranting about the IRS, perhaps there is a way to fund our government without draining our pockets. How about a flat sales tax on the sale of stocks and bonds? It would only be 0.5% of 1% of the value of each share sold! We have sales tax on most everything else, why not this?
If this were put in place there would be no need for any other tax on the American people and the tax would only affect those who could afford it. I find it very hard to find fault with this plan.
