Paradox Holdings Buys Former Bank Branch
An office building in Westlake Village that formerly was a branch of Wells Fargo Bank has been acquired by Paradox Holdings and will be occupied by Financial West Group, a related entity.
Paradox paid $650,000 for the 3,680-square-foot building at 2663 Townsgate Road, according to Tony Principe, executive vice president of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Westlake Village.
Financial West Group is a securities firm that is moving a portion of its activities to the facility.
