Bulky Trash Accepted Today at Sears Lot
Residents can dispose of bulky items today at the city’s annual “Spring Cleanup.” Trash usually not accepted by curbside refuse collectors can be discarded from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Sears Automotive Center parking lot, 8150 La Palma Ave.
Furniture, scrap metal, appliances, tree stumps, water-based paint, auto batteries, used motor oil and yard trimmings all will be accepted.
Proof of residency is required. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver’s license with a city address or a recent Buena Park water bill stub.
