Clipper update--They have won three in a row to match their longest streak of the season. Forward Loy Vaught had his 20th double-double of the season, getting 14 points and 12 rebounds as the Clippers beat the San Antonio Spurs, 93-84, Sunday night. Rookie center Lorenzen Wright matched his season high with 16 points and had 11 rebounds, one shy of his season best.
Raptor update--They have lost three in a row and five of their last six. Injuries have devastated the front court and Walt Williams, Carlos Rogers and Hubert Davis missed their previous game against the Pistons. Guard Damon Stoudamire, who averaged 27 points and nine assists in two victories over the Clippers last season, is averaging a team-high 19.6 points and 7.8 assists.
