Developer Buys Property in Seagate Business Park
Beverly Hills developer Louis Wolff has acquired a 3.39-acre property in Oxnard’s Seagate Business Park.
The acquisition was made with plans to construct a 63,000-square-foot industrial building on the site, according to officials of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, which has been hired to market the new development.
Daum’s Michael Walsh said Wolff purchased the property in the 100-acre business park for $529,000 and plans to begin construction on the multiple-tenant building in June. Project completion is expected by the end of the year. Walsh represented the sellers of the property, Larry Darnell and Gordon Guglich of Chatsworth, in the transaction.
Seagate Business Park is located at Rice Avenue and Camino del Sol.
