Synthonics Accepted Into Standard & Poor’s Listings
Synthonics Technologies, based in Westlake Village, will have a comprehensive listing in Standard & Poor’s Corporation Records after being approved by the publication’s editorial board.
The company’s listing will start with the December issue.
Standard & Poor’s Corporation Records, published by McGraw-Hill, is a recognized securities manual that meets the requirements for secondary trading in most states.
Publication in the directory will make Synthonics’ financial information readily accessible to market professionals and prospective purchasers of the company’s common stock, now trading over the OTC Bulletin Board.
Synthonics Technologies is the holding company for Synthonics Inc., a technology-development subsidiary tha grants licenses for a process that makes it possible to use photographs to create fully detailed three-dimensional images on a standard personal computer.
Company officials say the process, called “rapid virtual reality,” saves time and money while producing 3-D images for film special effects and electronic commerce graphics on the Internet.
