Learning Tree to Double Campus Size in Move
Learning Tree University in Thousand Oaks will double the size of its campus when it moves to a 12,000-square foot building on Moody Court at the end of August.
Terms of the recently concluded transaction, conducted with Aldon Investments, were not disclosed.
In addition to its localcampus, the nonprofit adult professional university has campuses in Irvine and in Chatsworth, its home base.
The Ventura County location serves about 8,000 students annually, said university officials, a maximum capacity that necessitated the relocation and expansion from its location on Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
The 22-year-old university, which enrolls about 55,000 students annually among its three campuses, has served the Thousand Oaks area since 1987.
