Dominique Dawes became the first gymnast to sweep the four event finals twice at the Coca-Cola National Gymnastics Championships in Knoxville, Tenn.

The top four overall finishers from Friday--Shannon Miller, Jaycie Phelps, Dominique Moceanu and Amanda Borden--did not compete in Saturday’s events finals, which invite the top six finishers in the floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars and vault during overall competition.

In the men’s event finals, overall champion Blaine Wilson won the vault, Jay Thornton won the floor exercise, Josh Stein took the pommel horse, Kip Simons won the still rings, Bill Roth won the horizontal bar and Jair Lynch took the parallel bars.
