Moorhead (R-Glendale) put his government-paid staff on double duty investigating a complaint that taxpayers’ dollars were being wasted on a study of “rhinotillexomania” (nose picking). Needless to say, the study was not productive. How about follow-up investigations on navel gazing and butt scratching?
