Azusa Pacific Loses in NAIA

TULSA, Okla. — Len Cooper scored 18 points and David Crittle added 13 Tuesday night as East Central Oklahoma rallied to upset 12th-seeded Azusa Pacific, 62-60, in the opening round of the National Assn. of Intercollegiate Athletics tournament.
East Central (22-5) had trailed by seven points at halftime.
Azusa Pacific (26-8) went cold from the field and scoreless for 2 1/2 minutes late in the game.
