Newt Gingrich fights for $16 million to promote “covert” action to overthrow the government of Iran (Dec. 22). The U.S. arrests some Cubans for trying to overthrow Castro for free (Dec. 19). Does Washington have an official catalog with the politically correct prices for overthrowing various “enemies”?
