Schools/Education news : TUSTIN : Enrollment Panel to Meet This Evening
The Tustin Unified School District’s recently created Community Advisory Committee on Student Enrollment will meet today for the first time.
The panel, comprising school district officials, teachers, parents and residents, will make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on how to handle anticipated enrollment increases in the district, including possible boundary changes and opening schools previously closed.
The group has been directed to prepare a cost analysis of the various options and to complete a preliminary report by December.
The committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the boardroom of the District Administration Center, 300 S. C St. The meeting is open to the public.
