Eddy Grove; Insurance Executive and Acting Teacher
Eddy Grove, 78, a featured performer on Broadway in Mae West’s “Catherine Was Great.” He also played opposite John Garfield in “Golden Boy” in summer stock. He appeared in “Dragnet” and “Playhouse 90” on network television and in the classic Western “The Fastest Gun Alive.” He also produced and performed in a one-man show, “Yiddish Tales.” He lectured and led acting workshops at the Yale Drama School and the Juilliard School of Drama, and ran an acting school in New York. He was also a vice president and salesman for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. On Sept. 28 of cancer in Washington.
