Columbia Records Opens an Office in Westlake
Sony Corp.’s Columbia Records unit opened a marketing office in the Townsgate Executive Building on Westlake Boulevard in Westlake.
Sony reportedly is negotiating a multiyear lease with the building’s owner, JPB Associates of Westlake Village.
And Pacific Coast Laminating, a supplier of products to cabinet makers, has leased a 12,000-square-foot building on Montgomery Avenue in Oxnard. The firm is a subsidiary of J.E. Higgins Lumber Co. of Concord, Calif. The building is owned by Robond Investments of Long Beach.
Both leases were negotiated by CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura.
