Wonderware Corp.: The Irvine maker of software for the industrial automation marketplace agreed to acquire the remaining 80% of EnaTec Software Systems Inc., a Cupertino, Calif., maker of software tools for manufacturing. Wonderware said it will purchase the company with Wonderware common stock. Further financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Wonderware said it expects to close the deal within 30 days. The company purchased 20% of EnaTec in January, 1994, for $2 million in cash.
