Graphix Zone Inc.: The Irvine developer of interactive multimedia products and services said Friday that Richard Little, its chief operating officer and chief financial officer, has resigned from the company to pursue other opportunities. Charles Cortright, president and chief executive, will assume the interim role of chief financial officer.

The company also said that as of May 12 it is in full compliance with Nasdaq’s capital and surplus requirement. Additional capital was raised, bringing its total shareholders’ equity above Nasdaq’s $1-million minimum requirement.
