Comprehensive Care Seals Bigger Deal: Comprehensive Care Corp., the Newport Beach mental health care company, plans to expand in Florida under a renewed contract with Physician Corp. of America, a Miami managed care company. Comprehensive said its AccessCare Inc. unit signed a letter of intent with PCA that will increase the number of PCA members it serves to 220,000 from 20,000. Comprehensive Care contracts with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers to provide mental health care through managed health companies.
