Moving to Mexico
My husband and I wanted to retire to Mazatlan and have diligently found out what is required of us. As a couple, we must have a proven income of approximately $2,200 per month. Should we purchase property, it must be jointly owned by a bank that we would pay annually for representing us if there was a problem. We must pay for health care coverage.
There is no welfare in Mexico and everyone must pay for health insurance. We have no rights. We are subject to the rules and laws that can change in a moment.
How can this country have these requirements and the United States allow illegal immigrants to obtain welfare, the finest in health care and free schooling and we, the American people, are paying for it? What a joke on us.
