LOS ANGELES : Fleiss’ Attorney Plans Motion Today for New Trial
The attorney for Heidi Fleiss, the convicted Hollywood madam, said Tuesday he expects to file a motion today requesting a new trial. That schedule was revised Tuesday afternoon, however.
In their statements, five jurors said they had talked about possible sentences in the parking lot, hallways and the cafeteria of the Criminal Courts Building in Downtown Los Angeles.
