FOUNTAIN VALLEY : Writers’ Assn. Looks at the Male Market
Author Maralys Wills will speak on “Women Writing for the Male Market” at Saturday’s monthly meeting of the National Writers Assn., Southern California chapter.
The public is invited to attend the meeting, held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Claim Jumper Restaurant, 18050 Brookhurst St., Fountain Valley.
Cost is $18 for non-members and lunch will be served.
Wills’ published works include the nonfiction book, “Manbirds: Hang Gliders & Hang Gliding.” She has also written romance novels and a techno-thriller, “Scatterpath.”
Wills is working on “Malpractice,” a novel about a female orthopedic surgeon traumatized by an unexpected patient death. She is also writing “The Gatekeepers,” a medical thriller.
