Three-Year Note Yields Rise: Yields on three-year Treasury notes moved in Tuesday’s auction to the highest level since February. The high yield was 4.49%, up from 4.27% at the last auction on May 11. It was the highest rate since three-year notes sold for 4.73% on Feb. 9. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 4.38% with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,968.10. A total of $16.7 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $45.6 billion.
