Maywood : Lunch Program Available for Needy Youngsters
A free lunch program for needy children, similar to programs in Bell and Huntington Park, will begin in Maywood this week and continue through August.
The lunches include fruits and vegetables, milk, meat and bread. They are served Monday through Friday from noon to 2 p.m., and residents younger than 18 are eligible to participate. Lunch will be served at Maywood City Park, 4801 E. 58th St.
