Quantum Health Resources Inc.: The Orange provider of therapies and support services recorded second-quarter profit of $4.2 million, or 27 cents a share, contrasted with $3.1 million, or 20 cents a share, for the corresponding 1992 quarter. Revenue showed a 51% increase, to $48.8 million from $32.3 million. For the first half, net income rose to $7.4 million, or 48 cents a share, from $6.4 million, or 42 cents a share, for the first half of 1992. Revenue was up 49%, to $91.1 million from $61.1 million. Current period and restated prior-year financial data reflect the Feb. 25, 1993, acquisition of the I.V. Clinic Inc., which has been accounted for as a pooling of interests.
