Home Sales Continue Downward Trend
TRW Redi Property Data’s monthly housing report for Southern California shows demand through June this year running below levels of a year earlier. In Orange County, home sales were down 10.5% from the same period last year. The average price for homes sold during the first half of the year dropped 4.2%.
