Goodwill Games

The Russian Olympic Committee, the participating Russian sports federations and the St. Petersburg Organizing Committee said the 1994 Goodwill Games, to be held July 23 through Aug. 7 at St. Petersburg, Russia, will feature changes from the previous games and the addition of six sports.
The changes in the lineup include the addition of the men’s mile, a mixed-team gymnastics competition and beach volleyball.
