Bombings in Peru Capital

LIMA, Peru — Suspected Sendero Luminoso (Shining Path) guerrillas exploded bombs at the Education Ministry and a technological institute Thursday hours after they dynamited seven banks in the capital, police said. Three pedestrians were wounded in one of the attacks.
