Countywide : Bank of America Branch Is Robbed
A man who told a teller he had a gun robbed a Ventura bank and escaped with an undetermined amount of money, police said.
The holdup occurred at 10:19 a.m. Saturday at the Bank of America branch in the 500 block of East Main Street, police said.
The man fled on foot, witnesses told police.
