Former 49er Eason Ramson is being sent to state prison for shoplifting six bottles of rum and whiskey.
Ramson accepted a plea agreement that calls for a seven-year prison term because he violated his parole for a series of strong-arm robberies. He will serve 31 months because of time already served.
