Malibu Council Honors Resident
Ann Fulton, a Malibu resident since 1939, was honored by the City Council this week for her leadership and her patronage of Malibu’s community organizations.
Fulton, a member of the city’s Emergency Preparedness Task Force, was presented with a city proclamation on Monday recognizing her work with numerous community groups including the Malibu Lions Club.
Fulton has been named the 1993 Malibu Lions Club Citizen of the Year. She has also served as chairwoman of the American Heart Assn. in Malibu, director of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, and has been active in the Malibu Lagoon Museum Assn. and the Federation of Malibu Property Owners.
