Sellers Can Find Helpful Ideas at Two Home Fairs

Selling a home in a buyer’s market can be a challenge, but expert help can make it easier.

In special workshops at both 1993 Los Angeles Times Home Buyers and Sellers Fairs, real estate expert and author Dian Hymer, author of “Buying and Selling a Home in California,” will advise sellers on pricing their homes, preparing them for sale and handling the actual sales process.

The fairs will be held Saturday, March 20, at Cal State Northridge in the San Fernando Valley, and Saturday, March 27, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Orange County. Hours for both fairs are from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At each fair a full day of consumer-oriented question-and-answer programs will present realty experts providing timely guidance on all aspects of home buying, mortgages, taxes and the law. More than 50 exhibitors--including homebuilders, lenders, realtors and state and federal housing agencies--will be on hand to answer your questions.
