North Carolina, which went 9-3 and won the Peach Bowl last season, will face USC in the Disneyland Pigskin Classic Aug. 29 in Anaheim Stadium.
After USC accepted an invitation several weeks ago, North Carolina was chosen after Miami, Boston College and Texas turned down offers.
