AQMD’s Parking-Fee Proposal a Nightmare

Our readers wrote letters throughout 1992, expressing their viewpoints on a variety of issues. It seems SCAQMD’s goal is simple: Force business out of Southern California so no one will have a job to commute to or any money to go to the mall. We can all live in the empty parking lots.
