MOVIES - Nov. 30, 1992
Family Classics: Families can watch some film favorites at the Century City Shopping Center each weekend through Dec. 20. The mall’s Family Film Festival, which will screen “Charlotte’s Web” on Saturday and “Spartacus” on Sunday, benefits homeless people who are getting their lives together. The rest of the festival includes “Gulliver’s Travels” on Dec. 12, “The Wizard of Oz” on Dec. 13, “Around the World in 80 Days” on Dec. 19 and “Dr. Doolittle” on Dec. 20. The movies begin at 10 a.m. All proceeds go to People Assisting the Homeless, a Westside group that helps the homeless return to mainstream society.
