Good Morning, Bill: Los Angeles native Bill Ritter, an Emmy-winning investigative reporter currently seen on KCAL Channel 9, was named Thursday as a co-host for ABC’s upcoming “Good Morning America/Sunday” which will debut Jan. 3. Ritter will be teamed with previously announced Dana King, news anchor at the ABC affiliate in St. Louis and a former KABC-TV staffer. Ritter and King also will appear as contributors to “Good Morning America,” and occasionally will substitute for “GMA” co-hosts Charles Gibson and Joan Lunden during vacations.
