OUTLOOK
It never seems to be easy at Cypress: The Centurions haven’t reached the playoffs since 1980 and haven’t won a league championship since 1978. That’s some dry spell. But it doesn’t figure to get much better this season, mainly because the rest of the league is so tough. “Other than us and Loara, everybody seems to have a lot of guys back,” said Selbe, in his sixth season at Cypress. “(Our players) all have to go both ways.”
