Picture This: How’s this for a twosome: Steven Spielberg and Mr. Magoo. Warner Bros. has plans under way for a live-action feature film that Spielberg and Amblin Entertainment will produce, starring the fictional Mr. Magoo. No casting was announced for the irascible near-sighted character, who was voiced for many years by the late actor Jim Backus. Spielberg first has to direct “Jurassic Park,” which starts shooting this fall for Universal.
