Why Not Print Names of Deadbeat Donors?
Concerning the deadbeat charity donors (“Deadbeat Donors, July 19) who enjoy social events, “rub tuxedo-clad elbows with celebrities” then let their checks bounce, the solution is obvious. Send one letter requesting restitution. If there is no reply in 10 days, publish the deadbeat’s name, the event and the amount due in the Social Climes section of the View section. Simple? Simple! Effective? You can bet on it!
