Amat Graduate Attends Leadership Conference
Michael Sitter, a recent graduate of Bishop Amat High School in La Puente, is among 350 outstanding high school students from across the nation attending the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington.
Sitter, who lives in San Dimas, has been appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy and will be sworn in as a midshipman July 2. He is one of 1,200 accepted at the academy from 12,000 applicants.
