13 on Turkish Bus Slain

BITLIS, Turkey — Kurdish separatist guerrillas stopped a bus on Wednesday, ordered the passengers out and opened fire with automatic weapons, killing 13 people, officials said Thursday. No reason was given for the attack near the village of Kokarsu, but insurgents in the area have killed Kurdish civilians who do not support their cause.
